We are hiring a Full Time Retail Sales Merchandiser to collaborate and strategize with store managers to improve sales, execute on client expectations, and demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills. The role requires assisting customers, answering questions, and suggesting items of value to build customer loyalty. The ideal candidate is well organized, detail oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.

• Develop key relationships with store and market managers
• Ensure proper product placement and client shelf standards
• Secure front‑end and main aisle presence of client products
• Analyze business needs to identify growth opportunities
• Develop sales plans to close sales gaps and deliver results
• Provide feedback for client audit objectives and maintain full distribution on existing SKUs
• Communicate effectively with management and customers, build rapport, and field questions to resolve issues
• Maintain professionalism in communication, appearance, and teamwork
• Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and local, state, and federal laws
• Travel up to 20% and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance

• High School Diploma or GED (equivalent experience) required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills; daily internet access
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Aggressive self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results orientation
• High sense of urgency and passion to win
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
• Effective time‑management and ability to juggle multiple tasks independently and as part of a team
• Good judgment, respect for others, and cooperative teamwork skills
• Adaptability to changing demands, priorities, and directions

Job Will Remain Open Until Filled

• Work may involve 66%+ of time in field or retail store environments, lifting or pushing up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and operating in cold conditions (refrigerated/freezer sections)
• Travel and driving up to 20% of the time
• Must use proper safety practices when handling products
