Collect investigative evidence using CCTV and floor observations;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft;
Document investigations and maintain records of apprehension, witness statements, and disposition of recovered merchandise;
Assist with asset protection audits and incident investigations; support safety and loss-prevention initiatives
