AFANDI Diamonds & Designs is a growing luxury jewelry company specializing in custom jewelry, repairs, appraisals, and exceptional customer service.
We're looking for a proactive, organized, and driven Business Operations Manager to help improve our operations, develop our team, and build the systems that will take our company to the next level.
This is not a desk job. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and enjoys building efficient, high-performing teams.
What You'll Do- Lead daily operations across both locations
- Improve communication and workflow between departments
- Hold team members accountable to company standards
- Track KPIs and operational performance
- Lead daily huddles and weekly operations meetings
- Improve processes and implement new systems
- Help recruit, onboard, and develop employees
- Work directly with the owner on company growth
- Has 3+ years of leadership or operations experience
- Is highly organized and proactive
- Communicates exceptionally well
- Enjoys improving systems and solving problems
- Leads by example and holds others accountable
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
