Hayes Company is seeking a Business Process Analyst for 100% onsite work in Forney, TX. You will create and maintain process documentation (SOPs, flowcharts) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required:
1–3 years in Process Analysis / Operations, Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Visio/Lucidchart. Lean and change-management exposure are essential; ERP/WMS/CRM exposure is a plus.
