Customer Service Representative Glass Doctor of North Texas is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent service

Schedule appointments and coordinate customer needs

Communicate with customers, technicians, and team members

Maintain accurate customer information and job details

Help create a smooth, positive customer experience from the first phone call forward
