Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Growing advanced manufacturing operation is adding multiple Manufacturing Engineers due to expansion. Seeking hands-on engineers who enjoy being on the production floor solving equipment, automation, and reliability challenges.

This role supports manufacturing operations by improving equipment performance, troubleshooting production issues, driving uptime improvements, and partnering closely with maintenance and automation teams

• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and production issues
• Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and process stability
• Support preventive maintenance initiatives
• Assist with equipment commissioning, upgrades, and validation
• Partner with maintenance, production, quality, and automation teams
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain engineering documentation, work instructions, and technical records
• Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on throughput, quality, and efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Strong equipment troubleshooting and production support experience
• Experience with automation, robotics, PLC-controlled equipment, or vision syst
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics
• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environment

• Battery manufacturing, energy storage, automotive, medical device, power generation, or other highly automated manufacturing environment
• Siemens-integrated equipment experience
• Reliability, maintenance, or equipment engineering background
