DFW Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans for home health care. You will implement interventions to improve mobility, endurance, and pain, while tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed.
Responsibilities include evaluating functional status, collaborating with physicians, and educating patients and families. A valid PT license, driving privileges, and CPR certification (or ability to obtain) are required.
