DescriptionWe are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) with experience in construction or skilled trades recruiting to support our growing field and office teams. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting
, community outreach, and management of our High School Internship Program
.
This position requires someone who is comfortable working in the field, attending jobsites and career fairs
, and building relationships with candidates, schools, and community partners.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for construction field and office positions
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce plans
- Meet or exceed hiring goals on a quarterly and annual basis
- Source candidates using Indeed, Linked In, social media, Boolean searches, and networking groups
- Build talent pipelines through high schools, trade schools, colleges, and ISDs
- Serve as the primary contact for the High School Internship Program
- Attend career fairs, trade events, school events, and community outreach activities
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using standardized criteria
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with management teams
- Extend offers of employment and negotiate hourly wages for non-leadership roles
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting data
- Stay current on recruiting trends and sourcing best practices
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- High School Diploma required (college preferred)
- Prior recruiting experience (construction or trades preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Experience using Indeed, Linked In, and social media for recruiting
- Comfortable working with both office staff and field crews
- Proficient with technology, spreadsheets, and ATS systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends as needed)

Physical Requirements
- Combination of office work and active field recruiting
- Ability to walk construction jobsites and stand for extended periods
- Occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- PPE required when visiting job sites
