Job Summary
BLUvera is seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team. As a team member, you will have the opportunity to work in an indoor facility overseeing the supply chain by managing the ordering, storage, tracking, and distribution of products and materials. Responsibilities- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular audits, including cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and record receipts in the inventory system.
- Organize and maintain stockrooms, warehouses, and storage areas to ensure efficient access and space utilization.
- Process requisitions, issue materials to internal departments, and ensure timely delivery of priority items.
- Use inventory management and ERP systems to log, track, and adjust stock levels accurately.
- Partner with procurement, sales, and supply chain teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, support loss‑prevention efforts, and recommend clearance or disposal of obsolete items.
- Train team members on inventory procedures, system usage, and best practices as needed.
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for assessing inventory trends and minimizing shrinkage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and orderly storage.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Working knowledge of standard operating procedures, quality control, and preventive maintenance for specialized equipment, as applicable.
- Trade or technical school certification/diploma preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of light manufacturing or relevant work experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of carpentry or metal fabrication experience preferred.
