Hourly Wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per hour – the actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives may be earned. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour can be paid in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or type of work. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
