Copeland is seeking an Operations Manager for our Forney, TX Distribution Center, onsite only. You will lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, shipping, and inventory execution, while driving safety, quality, and cost performance.
You will coach supervisors, analyze KPI data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement sustainable improvements to improve service levels and productivity.
