** Team, this role will support the Warehouse Manager in the day-to-day shipping and receiving operations, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. Foster a team atmosphere, provide vision, and demonstrate support of the company’s core processes.
** AS A WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR, YOU WILL:
*** Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are consistently met
* Lead, motivate, and develop shipping and receiving associates through coaching, training, and performance management
* Manage order selection, replenishment, and loading activities across all product lines
* Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring full compliance with safety policies and procedures
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce turnaround time and streamline workflows
* Monitor and control labor and supply costs to meet budget targets
* Ensure proper and safe use of all warehouse equipment, including powered industrial trucks
* Review documentation for accuracy and oversee inbound/outbound logistics processes
* Analyze WMS data to assess productivity and guide team performance against KPIs
* Lead monthly reporting and execution of key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery metrics, inventory accuracy, safety, and people
* Support special projects and initiatives assigned by the Operations Manager
** REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE &

SKILLS:

******* Two plus (2+) years of experience in a supervisor or leadership role within a distribution or manufacturing environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong general computer skills
* Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping/receiving, and inventory control
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop benchmarks and KPIs
* Proven leadership skills with a willingness to lead by example and train others
* Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. — sponsorship is not available for this role
** PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE &

SKILLS:

*** Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Bilingual Spanish
* Knowledge of Manhattan WMS
* Knowledge of ISO QMS
