Who You AreWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Insulation Helper to oversee insulation projects in residential settings. This role combines hands-on installation work ensuring that insulation jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Essential Job Functions- Work as a team to complete residential insulation jobs
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
- Ensure proper installation of various insulation types (e.g., spray foam)
- Conduct site inspections to assess material needs and job readiness.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate with homeowners, customer service, and dispatchers
- Track project progress and report daily updates.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide on-the-spot solutions.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory.

Required Qualifications- 1+ years of experience of residential insulation
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to provide repair versus replacement options to customers
- Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean driving record
- Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document work
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language
- Spanish - bilingual (REQUIRED)
- Service Titan experience
- Sales experience
- $17.00 - $25.00 DOE
- Hours:
7:00 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs) - Days:
Monday - Friday
