, we want to meet you! We are looking for a dedicated School Support Specialist to join our team. This dynamic role is the heartbeat of our school, providing vital support to both our teaching staff and administrative team.

Each morning, you’ll receive a fresh daily task list tailored to the school's needs. You’ll stay on your toes while tackling tasks such as:

• Driving our small school bus to pick up kids from local elementary schools.
• Covering staff lunch breaks and assisting with classroom coverage.
• Providing general office and administrative support.
• Jumping in wherever needed to keep our school running smoothly and safely!

• Reliable & Dedicated: Punctual, accountable, and passionate about supporting educators and children.

• Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Driving & Transport: Clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Shift Availability: Must be able to work the closing shift (ending between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM).
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to safely lift at least 30 lbs and lift children when necessary.
  • Comfortable sitting on the carpet/floor with children during activities.
