• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and agency laws, regulations, and standards.
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards.
• Maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting with loading/unloading if required by customer.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder drug test.
• Pass background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass DOT physical.
• Pass Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Class A verifiable experience: 9 months within the last 3 years, 2 years within last 5 years, or 5 years within last 10 years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.

• Deliver SOLO to: TX, OK, KS, CO, NM, WY, GA, MS.
• Tractor type: 2021‑2022 sleeper automatics.
• Trailer type: dry van with swing doors.
• Freight: heavy touch – tires.
• Paid training provided.
