D03 VAS Lead

1st Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm;
Compensation: $22.00/hour.

Responsible for monitoring multiple tasks and assisting in Co-pack operations with limited supervision. Ability to perform basic inventory control tasks.

• Supervising/leading warehouse employees.
• Timekeeping and temporary roster management.
• Inventory checks.
• Cleaning of the warehouse.

• Good communication and people skills with problem resolution.
• Management skills and ability to manage employees.
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and clean warehouse operation.

• 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Co-pack, labeling, QA, and IC experience.
• Warehouse safety experience.
• Ability to lead a team of associates with minimal direction.
• Computer experience (must be able to use basic software).

• GED or high school diploma required.
• College education is a plus.

• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others.
• Regularly works in an indoor/warehouse environment and is required to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, or kneel during the work day.
• Frequently required to talk, hear, and communicate with customers or other employees.
• Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.
