Compensation & Pay Incentives

• Attendance Incentive – up to $2400 bonus for good attendance (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details)
• Referral Bonus – up to $500 per referral (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details)
• Hiring Bonus – up to $1000 (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details)
• Step increase program – pay will increase by $0.50 after 90 days and again after 180 days (Material Handlers Only)
• Certified/qualified Forklift/Walkie Rider/Cherry Picker drivers will receive an additional $0.50 per hour
• Certified/qualified Reach Truck drivers will receive an additional $1.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift – Mon‑Fri 7 am–3 30 pm

Base pay: $20.00 per hour

Responsible for monitoring multiple tasks and assisting in Co‑pack operations with limited supervision. Ability to perform basic inventory control tasks.

• Supervising and leading warehouse employees.
• Time keeping / temp roster
• Inventory checks
• Cleaning of the warehouse

• Good communication and people skills with problem resolution.
• Management skills and ability to manage employees.
• Keep a neat, orderly, and clean warehouse operation

• 2 years warehouse experience.
• Co-pack, labeling, QA, IC experience.
• Warehouse safety experience.
• Ability to lead a team of associates with minimal direction.
• Computer experience a must.

• GED or H.S. Diploma
• College is a plus.

• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others.
• Regularly works in an indoor/warehouse environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift or kneel during the work day.
• Frequently required to talk, hear, and communicate with customers or other employees.
• Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.
