Part Time Van Driver - Forrest

Responsibilities

• Transport clients from their homes to the clinic in the mornings, and from the clinic to their homes in the afternoon.
• Provide transportation to and from Rehab Day sessions in Forrest City.
• Provide transportation to and from community integration, pharmacy, and other activities scheduled by the rehab day coordinator.
• Coordinate and maintain van and equipment, including scheduling maintenance and upkeep.
• Complete required paperwork on the vans.
• Interact with clients in an ethical manner and communicate with clients and staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proof of personal liability insurance.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, email, word processing, and basic office machines.

Monday – Friday, 20 hours per week.

Schedule:

5:00 A – 8:00 A, and 2:00 P – 4:30 P.
