Elite Hospice, part of LHC Group and a member of the United Health Group family, seeks an After hours Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive hospice care after regular hours, including nights and weekends. Responsibilities include phone triage, crisis response, and in-home visits with timely documentation.
Required is an unrestricted RN license in the state of practice and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle. Preference for CPR or 1+ year clinical experience.
