Elite Hospice, part of LHC Group and within the Optum family, seeks an After hours Registered Nurse to deliver hospice care after regular business hours. The role includes triage by phone, after hours visits, and initial eligibility evaluations within 48 hours of referral.
Requirements include current RN licensure in the practice state, a valid driver’s license with insurance, and CPR certification. A strong clinical background and 1+ years of experience are preferred.
