Gentiva Hospice is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct bedside nursing in patients' homes, assisted living, or facility settings. You will work under RN supervision, supporting patients and families with individualized care plans and on-call coverage as needed.
The role requires an accredited LPN program graduate, current LPN/LVN license in the state, CPR, and 2+ years of related hospice or home health experience. A valid Driver's license is required.
