Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery

Forrest City, AR | Acute Care

Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: 10/05/2026

• Provide nursing care during the antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases of obstetrical care to Labor & Delivery patients
• Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies and procedures
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning for the safe delivery of patient care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of available staff
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must not be a local candidate — locals will not be considered for this position

• Experience in high-acuity or fast-paced Labor & Delivery environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to supervise and delegate effectively
