Arisa Health in Forrest City is seeking a part time van driver to transport our clients from their homes to the clinic in the mornings, and then from the clinic to their homes in the afternoon. Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and must provide proof of personal liability insurance. The position will be responsible for completing required paperwork on the vans and interact with the clients in an ethical manner.
Candidates must have the ability to operate a personal computer, be familiar with email and word processing, and be able to operate basic office machines.
- Provide transportation to and from Rehab Day Forrest City for clients.
- Provide transportation to and from community integration, pharmacy, and other activities scheduled by the rehab day coordinator.
- Interact with clients and staff in an ethical manner.
- Schedule maintenance and upkeep of van and equipment.
- High school diploma.
- Valid driver's license.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Proof of personal liability insurance.
- Ability to operate a personal computer, be familiar with email and word processing, and operate basic office machines.
Work hours:
Monday - Friday, 20 hours per week. 5A-8A, and 2P-4:30P.
