JOB SUMMARYProvide clerical and reporting services for the sales & marketing group and maintain all department files. Administer coupon-related activities and reporting. Back up to Export Sales Coordinator.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESAn essential job duty of this position is regularly reporting to work on time and being able to perform the essential duties of the position.
- Create and distribute weekly sales trackers.
- Distribute change in distribution reports, period reports and commodity price reports to management and sales.
- Update and distribute contract pricing spreadsheet and reports using information provided from Accounting and from Sales.
- Responsible for updating, ordering, inventory, logging and processing of all FS rebate coupons.
- Communicate pricing, process reports, submit check requests for GPOs and buying groups as needed.
- Act as backup to Export Sales Coordinator. Stay up to date on export regulations.
- Support and assist FS NSM with deduction reconciliation for House Accounts.
- Update and distribute weekly sales reports for FS NSM and SVP S&M.
- Assist or take lead in Broker Visits, Sales Meeting planning, set up, and execution.
- Accept special projects and complete them promptly.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience or Training: 3 years of administrative experience. Must have excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and advanced communication skills. A high level of accuracy, confidentiality, discretion, and good judgment. Must be able to handle pressures associated with deadlines and multitasking.
Technology/Equipment: Strong computer skills with high proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
