We are seeking to hire a Buyer for our valued client in Fort Atkinson, WI!
Shift HoursFlexible first shift hours around 8:00am-5:00pm M-F
Pay- $60, based on experience
- Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit options

- Makes independent purchasing decisions
- Plays a key role in achieving KPI goals relative to on-time delivery, purchase price variance, freight cost, and resolution of material reject reports (MRRs).
- Aggressively drive supply chain cost reduction.
- Monitor & improve overall supplier lead‑time.
- Resolves order‑related issues such as pricing mismatches, lead time conflicts, minimum order quantities, and receiving discrepancies.
- Full understanding of MRP, supply and demand, and inventory management
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory control, or production operations
- Communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Problem solving and general business acumen
