The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations in an assigned production area, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and financial performance. This role is responsible for team leadership, training, capacity planning, continuous improvement, and performance metrics.

Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 annually + 15% annual bonus

Shift: 1st shift - approximately 45 to 55 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure team adherence to safety policies and lead safety initiatives.
• Manage staffing levels and cross-training to meet production demand.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing tools (5S, kaizen, etc.).
• Coach and develop team members; maintain training and performance records.
• Monitor production schedules and labor reporting; lead daily huddles.
• Support financial goals through labor/material variance and cost control.
• Maintain accurate inventory, payroll, and shop order documentation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of leadership and 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Associate Degree in Production Management or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 compliance.
• Excellent organizational, reasoning, and communication skills.
