CNC Machine Operators

Kelly Services is currently seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing precision manufacturing company in Fort Atkinson, WI. ** Position Summary*
* The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring CNC machinery to produce precision components according to specifications and quality standards. Operators will work with a variety of equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

** Responsibilities*
* + Operate CNC Turning Centers, Horizontal and Vertical CNC machines

+ Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments

+ Perform quality inspections on finished parts

+ Read and follow work instructions and production specifications

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

+ Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines

** Equipment Used*
* + CNC Lathes

+ Swiss Machines

+ Horizontal Machining Centers

+ Robotic Equipment

+ Additional CNC equipment as the company continues to expand

** Qualifications*
* + Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred

+ Ability to read measuring instruments and inspect parts

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

** Pay*
* **$20.00 - $28.00 per hour*
* (Pay based on experience)

** Schedule*
* ** 1st Shift*
* + 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

+ Overtime hours may extend shift to 4:00 PM

** 2nd Shift*
* + 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

** Benefits Upon Hire*
* + Vacation Time:

+ 1 week upon hire

+ 2 weeks after 2 years

+ 3 weeks after 5 years
