Production Specialist; Temp

• Plan work by reading product fulfillment orders and blueprints with attention to detail, and follow precise configuration instructions.
• Ensure you have what is needed to get the job done, including taking inventory of parts and replenishing stock.
• Craft products using a variety of production equipment, including microscopes, soldering tools, automatic washers, magnet cranes, thermal testing chambers, sand blasters, etc.
• Join or secure parts using crimps, screws, solders, and hand tools.
• Validate products meet tight tolerances and high quality control standards by evaluating materials and workmanship at every stage of production.
• Work as a team to solve problems and deliver more value than individuals capable.

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Prefer prior work experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations environment, but not required.
• Prior soldering experience is preferred, but we will train.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently while working effectively in a team environment.
• Apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks with little supervision.
• Physical requirements:
  
  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; pushing, pulling, squatting, reaching, bending, carrying, lifting, walking; wear steel toe shoes/boots meeting OSHA standard ASTM F2413-18.
• Willing to work overtime, as required.
