Spherion is assisting our manufacturing client in their search for Assemblers to join their 1st shift teams! The Assemblers will be responsible for reading through job orders and schematics to assemble cables and electrical components utilizing hand tools and air tools to build harness system assemblies. Very high attention to detail!

• Temporary with the opportunity for permanent hire
• Located in Fort Atkinson, WI

• Cut and assemble cable using crimping and wiring striping tools
• Build complex cable and harness systems per schematics and work order
• Wrap and tie wires at designated points

• High School Diploma or equivalent degree required
• Ability to accurately use measuring and hand tools
• Basic math skills
• Wire Harness Assembly Experience
