WhatYou Will Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities)
- Electro-Mechanical Maintenance:
Execute complex maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across a highly automated production floor during the 2nd shift window. - Fluid Power Diagnostics:
Maintain and rebuild fluid power systems, diagnosing hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, and pneumatic circuits as part of an aggressive PM program. - Packaging & Line Optimization:
Level sanitary conveyors and fine-tune automated sorting and packaging machinery to eliminate line bottlenecks. - Emergency Breakdown Response:
Rapidly isolate multi-variant electro-mechanical faults to minimize downtime and keep production throughput moving safely. - Welding & Fabrication:
Perform structural welding and custom shop repairs, modifying equipment frameworks and creating custom fixtures for line enhancements. - Sanitary Compliance & CMMS:
Maintain strict compliance with FDA, GMP, and SQF sanitary standards while logging work orders and PM tasks in the plant CMMS.
- Regulated Industry Background: 3+ years of experience troubleshooting equipment in clean, sanitary manufacturing environments (Food, Beverage, Pharma, or FDA/SQF operations).
- Fluid Power & Mechanical Mastery: 3+ years of hands‑on expertise rebuilding and troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, multi‑axis drives, and high-speed packaging machinery.
- Welding & Fabrication Capability:
Proven ability to perform structural welding, equipment modification, and custom shop fabrication. - Diagnostic Intuition:
Strong electro‑mechanical fault‑tracing skills to systematically identify and resolve root‑cause line issues. - Shift Commitment & Reliability:
