** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our long-term care team. As an LPN at Rock River Nursing & Rehab, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

** Responsibilities:*

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
** Requirements:*
* • Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Wisconsin
