Rock River Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin location. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for assisting our nursing staff in providing direct patient care to our residents. This includes:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing staff

• Assisting with feeding, toileting, and mobility needs

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with our facility's policies and procedures

• Assist with transferring patients and providing support with mobility needs

• Communicate effectively with our nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient care
