Festival Foods - 328 Washington Street - Responsibilities:
Expert Meat Cutting: cut, grind, wrap, and trim non-case-ready meat products according to established standards;
Butchery Leadership: provide leadership on the sales floor, ensure safety and sanitation guidelines are followed, and manage inventory;
Apply culinary knowledge of different meat cuts and cooking techniques to assist guests;
Maintain quality and quantity standards by filling service and self-service cases (fresh, frozen, processed);
Train Utility team members in grinding, sausage making, cutting for the service counter, wrapping, and filling products
