Join our Festival Foods team as a Produce Clerk in Fort Atkinson, WI. This part-time position operates +40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. We are a Wisconsin grocer committed to giving back to the communities it serves and providing guests with exceptional service and value.

As a Produce Clerk, you will:

• Engage with guests by providing outstanding customer service in-person and via phone.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure all items are well-stocked and displayed according to company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety by keeping the sales floor and cooler clean, organized, and free of spills or messes.
• Maintain supplies and produce cooler by ensuring produce supplies are well-stocked and rotating items using the first-in, first-out method.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
• Honor commitments with regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule.

To excel in the Produce Clerk role, you should have:

• Customer service skills to engage with guests and provide outstanding service.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Knowledge of the retail food business and perishable department operations.

Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, full range of upper body motion, working at a fast pace, and being exposed to extreme temperatures.

The Produce Clerk is a part-time position, scheduled for 28 hours a week or less, with shifts varying and including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
