Position Details- Shift details: Standard first shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (including two paid 15-minute breaks).
- Work hours: Full-time, 40-45 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
- Extra expectations: Employees are expected to arrive on time and be prepared to work at the start of their shift.
- Work location: In-person role at our Fort Atkinson, WI facility, with a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Reporting: Reports directly to the Plant Manager for daily tasks, updates, and reviews.
- Training: Ongoing training provided for equipment operation, safety procedures, and warehouse processes.
This role requires the individual to be forklift certified.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently with a forklift.
- Operate shrink wrap equipment for palletized goods.
- Safely climb and descend ladders.
- Collaborate with fellow employees and management to complete tasks.
- Apply basic mechanical aptitude/skills to daily responsibilities.
- Work independently without constant supervision.
- Report to work on time during normal business hours.
- Perform special projects as assigned by the Plant Manager.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Forklift certification required. Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Physical requirements:
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. regularly; ability to walk and stand for long periods.
- Ability to walk without assistance and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude; safety-conscious mindset.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Driving & record: Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- In order to drive/operate ink
360 vehicles or equipment, you must have a clean, valid driving record. - Must be insurable by ink
360 insurance.
- In order to drive/operate ink
$16 - $18 per hour
, depending on experience.
- Paid time off (PTO):
- 1 week after 12 months of continuous employment.
- 2 weeks after 4 years of continuous employment.
- Holidays:
Eight paid holidays. - Flexible hours, depending on workload and projects.
