We are hiring 1 Washing Tech in DeForest, WI and 2 Washing Techs in Fort Atkinson, WI.

As a Washing Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

• Residential & commercial window cleaning
• Power washing
• Roof cleaning
• Gutter cleaning

Each morning, you’ll meet with the Project Manager, review your task list, and then head out with your crew. Work is weather‑dependent, so schedules may shift on rainy days.

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Bonus:
  Candidates who live between DeForest and Fort Atkinson for flexibility

• Flexible schedule required
• Most work is Monday–Friday during business hours

• 2‑week paid training to learn the fundamentals of the role

• Washing Techs typically earn $20–$24 per hour minimum
• Strong opportunity to grow into a Crew Leader role with higher pay
• Paid bi‑weekly
