Experience Depth: 1+ years of proven, hands-on experience as an industrial electrician or electrical maintenance technician in an automated manufacturing or packaging setting.
Industry Focus:
Direct exposure to the safety, cleanliness, and electrical sealing standards required in food manufacturing or similar regulated production sectors.
Technical Literacy:
Proficiency in reading three-phase power schematics, electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control circuit logic.
Earning Potential: $42.00 to $44.00 per hour starting rate + premium overtime structure:
- 1.5x Time-and-a-Half paid daily for any hours worked over 8 in a single shift.
- 2.0x Double-Time paid automatically for any hours worked on Sundays.
Continuing
Education:

Location:
Fort Atkinson, WI area (100% onsite pristine production facility; must reside within a dependable 45-minute daily commuting distance).

Job Responsibilities- Shift Technical Leadership:
Lead troubleshooting, installation, and repair of plant electrical infrastructure and automated production panels. - Active Logic Diagnostics:
Rapidly isolate equipment failures under production conditions. - Code Compliance Execution:
Adhere to national and local electrical codes. - Documentation & Master Updates:
Maintain daily logs and update electrical drawings. - Overhead Infrastructure Care:
Inspect and service power distribution networks. - Regulatory Workspace Management:
Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
