Maintenance Technician

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing equipment running safely and reliably. In this hands-on role, you will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, and support efficient, high-quality packaging production. You'll interpret schematics, use CMMS tools, and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime. Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
• Use CMMS to document work orders, maintenance activities, and parts usage
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and electrical/technical schematics
• Support safe work practices, including Lockout/Tagout and OSHA-compliant procedures
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance and support equipment changeovers
• Assist with installation, alignment, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives to optimize plant performance
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and work areas in a clean, organized condition
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and support off-shift or weekend coverage as needed
