Class A CDL Liquid Driver – HPC Industrial (Fort Atkinson, WI)

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Class A CDL Liquid Driver to join their safety‑conscious team. The driver will execute all HPC Industrial jobs across service lines, supervising single‑task jobs requiring one crew and completing turnarounds with management oversight at the client’s site in accordance with client and business requirements and company policies, practices, and procedures. Tanker endorsement is required and there must be no restrictions on the license;

you must be licensed to drive manual‑transmission trucks.

Home nightly and receive a $2,500 sign‑on bonus.

• Act as safety representative responsible for safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer, including hands‑on information regarding operations, safety, equipment, emergency response, and administrative functions.
• Pick up wastewater loads and haul them to disposal facilities or fields.
• Examine surfaces to ensure conformance to company and customer specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on company equipment used on the job.
• Transport equipment and personnel to and from customer locations.
• Complete pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, driver’s logs, and comply with all vehicle policy and DOT requirements.
• Load and unload hoses.
• Unload vacuum truck at the dump site.
• Provide general maintenance in the field.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Apply vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on‑the‑job training, and essential experience gained on other jobs.
• Maintain English language proficiency to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, CDL Class A, and meet other company driving policies when driving company or personal vehicle on company business.
• Use a smartphone for the electronic logging device.
• Know the operation of emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Class A CDL license with no restrictions; must be licensed to drive manual‑transmission trucks.
• Tanker endorsement required.
• Manual transmission experience required.
