Shipping and Receiving Clerk

We are hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for an electronics manufacturing partner in the Fort Atkinson area. If you enjoy keeping things organized and take pride in maintaining accurate inventory, this role is a great fit for you. You will play a vital part in the materials team by ensuring production orders are filled correctly and shipments go out to customers on time.

• Temp-to-Hire
• Pay rate: $18.50-22
• Schedule:
  
  M-F, First Shift – Onsite

• Receive raw materials into the inventory system and organize them into proper stockroom locations.
• Prioritize, pull, and fill material orders to keep the production floor supplied.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through daily cycle counting and system updates.
• Package and prepare daily shipments while following specific customer requirements.
• Coordinate with freight carriers and utilize web-based shipping portals to schedule daily pickups.

• At least two years of experience in shipping, stockroom operations, or inventory control is ideal, but the team is willing to train the right individual.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or digital inventory tracking software.
• Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds independently and up to 70 pounds with assistance.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
