Program Administrator

Clearance: Secret or higher clearance preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between programs and corporate functions (finance, HR, contracts, security, IT)
• Route and track administrative requests to ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, and action items for leadership and program activities
• Serve as an administrative point of contact for employee timekeeping procedures and systems
• Monitor timesheet submission and approval status and issue reminders in accordance with corporate policy
• Support travel authorization requests in accordance with corporate policy and contract requirements
• Support administrative compliance with corporate policies and Government contracting requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 1-3 years of experience working in a project support role, preferably in a government contracting or professional services environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems (e.g., timekeeping and expense platforms)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Comfortable interacting with executive leadership, candidates, and clients in a professional manner
• The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• US citizenship required;
  Secret or higher security clearance preferred
