Duties
Serve as a schedule creator in an automated healthcare system, managing all template and scheduling functions, for all primary and specialty outpatient clinics.
Independently analyze templates and schedules for efficiency and optimal productivity in accordance with the current rules and regulations.
Coordinate and inputs appointment schedules for providers using an automated system.
Monitor schedules to avoid scheduling conflicts in accordance with provider, clinic, or leadership request.
Develop appropriate briefs and reports to provide timely feedback to supervisor and external stakeholders.
Assist in training new employees in all aspects of template management.
