Aardvark is seeking a Mission Trainer / Team Lead to lead mission-focused training efforts in support of operational readiness. This role combines instructional delivery with team leadership and close coordination with government stakeholders. The selected candidate will design and deliver mission-relevant training, oversee training personnel, and ensure training programs remain aligned with current operational requirements and standards.

• Design, deliver, and oversee mission-related training programs
• Lead and manage a team of trainers supporting operational users
• Assess mission training needs and tailor instructional content accordingly
• Coordinate with government personnel to align training with mission objectives
• Maintain and update training materials to reflect current mission requirements
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Ensure training personnel meet qualification and certification requirements outlined in the PWS

• Experience delivering training in intelligence, operational, or mission-support environments
• Minimum 5 years of experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum in accordance with TRADOC and Army standards.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline within DoD or the IC within the last 15 years OR Associate’s degree with 12 years of demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading training teams or serving in a lead instructor role
• Strong communication, briefing, and instructional skills
• Ability to develop, adapt, and manage training materials
• Meets all labor category qualifications and required certifications as defined in the PWS
• Active TS clearance

• Prior experience serving as a Team Lead, Lead Instructor, or Training Supervisor.
• Experience training DoD or Intelligence Community personnel
• Familiarity with government training standards and mission environments
• Experience training adult professionals in classified settings
