Serve as a team leader to ensure staff provide appropriate developmental care and instruction for children and youth ages 6 weeks to 18 years;
Implement developmentally appropriate programs that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth;
Instruct team members in tasks and job techniques, and provide written instructions and reference materials;
Develop, plan, and implement age-appropriate educational lesson plans and schedules;
Ensure staff follow health and safety standards including diapering, toileting, hand washing, cleaning, food service, safe sleep practices, and care for ill children and youth
