Electronic Warfare​/Counter UAS SME

Sky Bridge Tactical is seeking a highly motivated Electronic Warfare/Counter UAS SME with strong experience in support of USSOCOM.

This Position is Contingent upon Contract Award to Sky Bridge Tactical LLC

The Electronic Warfare/Counter UAS SME’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides subject matter expertise in Radio Detection and Ranging (RADAR) and Electronic Counter Measures (ECM), Design, development, testing, and fielding of advanced and novel capabilities associated with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Electronic Warfare (EW), and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and SOF Mission Planning and the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3
  
  EAD) cycle.
• Assists in aggregation, allocation, decomposition, and tracking of requirements in a Requirements Register and/or Requirements Correlation Matrix (RCM), generating and/or reviewing Statement of Objectives (SOO), Statement of Work (SOW), and Performance Work Statements (PWS), and evaluating proposals for compliance with Request for Proposal (RFP) and programmatic considerations of cost, schedule, performance, and risk.

• Knowledge of Radio Detection and Ranging (RADAR) and Electronic Counter Measures (ECM), Design, development, testing, and fielding of advanced and novel capabilities associated with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Electronic Warfare (EW), and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and SOF Mission Planning and the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3
  
  EAD) cycle.
• Bachelor or Masters Degree
• Minimum of 12 Years of Experience
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex government contract requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
