DCS is seeking an experienced Budget Analyst with strong Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) background to support a fast-paced U.S. Army program office. In this role, you will manage core elements of the budget and financial lifecycle, developing spend plans and executing funds through key Army and defense financial management databases. Primary Responsibilities Budget Planning & Financial Execution
▪ Apply advanced Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes across Army appropriations (RDT&E, Procurement, O&M).
▪ Develop and manage detailed spend plans across all organizational appropriations.
▪ Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), sales orders, Purchase

Requisition s (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR), G-Invoicing MIPRs, and Procurement Work Directives (PWD).
▪ Execute funds and manage agreements through Direct Charge WBS structures.
▪ Analyze civilian payroll postings and facilitate necessary corrections for erroneous budget postings.
▪ Evaluate and resolve DCPS and ATAAPS errors following GFEBS payroll execution each pay period. SAP Financials & Systems Management
▪ Perform hands-on financial management within GFEBS, CCaR, LMP, cPROBE, PMRT, and ALTESS platforms.
▪ Analyze and resolve SAP Financials and Asset Management issues involving GFEBS transaction codes, DAR-Q reconciliations, PMRT applications, and CCaR records.
▪ Troubleshoot and clear SAP Intermediate Document (IDoc) errors across financial and supply chain interfaces (Government Purchase Cards, DTS, PRs, POs, MIPRs, PWDs).
▪ Identify, analyze, and resolve unmatched transactions and Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs).
▪ Support Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiatives and statutory compliance. Qualifications & Requirements
▪ U.S. Citizenship required.
▪ Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one). Education & Experience
▪ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university plus 12 years of related financial/budgeting experience.
▪ Completion of all mandatory GFEBS and CCaR training required for system access. Technical Skills & Systems Knowledge
▪ High-level proficiency in GFEBS, CCaR, LMP, cPROBE, and PMRT software.
▪ Strong understanding of Army appropriations (RDT&E, Procurement, O&M) and strict Anti-Deficiency Act (ADA) compliance.
▪ Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (data input, sorting/filtering, complex formulas, spend plan creation).

Experience with Power BI, Power Queries, and financial dashboarding is a plus. Professional Competencies
