Senior Funds Control Budget Analyst
Serves as the Senior Funds Control Budget Analyst responsible for the oversight and control of appropriated funds supporting OA 22 and HQDA operations.
Develops annual and multi year spend plans aligned with mission requirements and organizational priorities, monitors execution performance, and provides leadership with execution forecasts, status of funds reports, and financial risk assessments.
Performs financial analysis to assess performance, identify shortfalls or excess resources, evaluate the financial implications of policy changes and mission adjustments, and support year end closeout to ensure optimal use of appropriated funds.
Reviewing and analyzing budget and program requirements; evaluating data within the Army's budget to ensure appropriate resource allocation.
Developing recommendations regarding the continuation, expansion, reduction, or elimination of programs at key resourcing decision points.
