Task Order Project Manager

BMA is seeking an Task Order Project Manager to support our DLA JETS Network and Telecom Services Division Video Support Services contract.

Job Summary

• Leads the successful management of a distributive team composed of AV and VTC engineers, and professionals who have been involved in performing support for classified and unclassified conferences and meetings, and for installing, pulling, terminating and testing all AV/VTC type models, equipment and systems, and programming existing and new equipment, replacement of end-of-life equipment, user training, Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) and Digital Signage (DS).
• Works with the DLA Contracting Officer Representative.
• Performs day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, involving multiple projects and personnel at multiple COPNUS and OCONUS locations.
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities.
• Demonstrates written and oral communication skills.
• Establishes and alters (as necessary) corporate management structure to direct effective contract support activities.
• Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of contract including performance quality, technical solutions, schedules and staffing.
• As needed, travels support the team.
• As needed, participates in Site Surveys for future technical refreshes and for Site Visits and System Testing for Augmentation Outside Vendor Contracts to communicate all findings and recommendation to the assigned VTC Engineer POC.

Clearance Requirements

There is a Top Secret Security clearance requirement for this position.

Required Skills & Certifications

• BS or BA or 4+ additional years of related information technology experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) from a recognized certification organization.
• 5 + years relevant information or telecommunications technology experience.
• 5+ years management experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the information technology or telecommunications technology and/or consulting fields.
• 1+ years managing projects with 10 or more employees.
• One or more of the following certifications: AMX Technician (Networked AV) Certification, Completed Crestron CTI Technician Track Certification or AVIXA CTS certification.
• Current US Passport.
• Demonstrated experience with unclassified and classified networks including the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS).
• Demonstrated experience with AV, VTC, IPTC, and DS including Cisco, AMX/Samsung, and Crestron hardware.
• Demonstrated experience with creating and executing maintenance plans.
• Demonstrated experience performing work order ticket management and triage.
• Demonstrated experience with MS TEAMS and ZOOM technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with performing site surveys.
• Demonstrated experience with creating integrated project schedules, work breakdown structures, monthly progress or status reports (MPR/MSR), plans of action and milestones (POAM), rack wiring and system drawings, managing inventories, creating training plans and delivering training, and creating and or supporting quality control plans.

Desired Skills & Certifications

• Experience supporting DLA contracts.
• Experience with Service Now or similar ticketing system.
• Experience developing and delivering system code.
