IT Project Manager, IT Consultant
Position Overview
Agile Coach clearance: IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive / Tier 3 (T3) required.
Work location:
Remote with regular meetings voir, VA.
Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking an Agile Coach for a potential upcoming opportunity.
Position Duties- Coach delivery teams on Agile practices, ceremonies, and continuous improvement.
- Support the adoption of Agile and Lean frameworks across the organization.
- Facilitate workshops, mentoring sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Establish governance processes for Agile portfolio management.
- Advise leadership and stakeholders on Agile transformation strategies.
- Define and maintain Agile metrics to support delivery and performance tracking.
- Support cross-team coordination and program-level delivery alignment.
- Develop internal coaching capabilities to enable staff to coach others.
- Five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Experience demonstrating coaching, advising, workshops, and mentoring.
- Experience providing executive coaching at the organizational level.
- Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) or equivalent certification.
IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive / Tier 3 (T3) required.
