Intelligence Solutions Integrator / Team Lead

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA (or government-designated location)

Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) required

Aardvark is seeking an Intelligence Solutions Integrator / Team Lead to provide leadership and technical expertise in integrating intelligence systems, tools, and workflows in support of mission operations. This role serves as a bridge between operational requirements and technical solutions, working closely with analysts, data teams, and government stakeholders to deliver integrated, mission-ready capabilities.

• Lead the integration of intelligence systems, tools, and analytical solutions
• Coordinate across intelligence analysts, data teams, and government stakeholders
• Translate mission needs into integrated, operationally usable solutions
• Identify and resolve system, workflow, or integration challenges
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration personnel
• Support continuous improvement of intelligence capabilities and processes

• Experience integrating intelligence systems, platforms, or analytical solutions
• Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
• Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical or integration-focused teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in classified environments
• Active TS clearance

• Prior experience serving as a Team Lead, Technical Lead, or Supervisor in an intelligence or data integration environment.
• Experience with intelligence automation, analytics, or mission-support tools
• Background in systems integration or engineering support
• Prior experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs
